TrainingZone's Outdoor Fitness Group "Boot Camp" is an outside exercise program that incorporates aerobic, strength, agility and endurance training. This class is modified to challenge the individual's fitness level, from the fitness enthusiast to the dedicated athlete. Each session provides a challenging and fun environment, in a group setting, with lots of motivation and positive reinforcement. Working with a group builds a comradery that makes exercising more fun, and being outside brings us back to the basics. Exercises include calisthenics, running, jumping, and using simple exercise equipment (jump ropes, resistive tubing, medicine balls, dumbbells) in addition to the park features (bleachers, benches, hills). If you are looking for something
different to break up the monotony of the your workout, this is the exercise group for you!

Price: only $12.00 per session or 4 sessions for $40. You can come to as many or as few classes as you want, with no obligation for a certain amount. Pay as you go, or pay in advance for a discount. All prepaid sessions must be used up by the end of the 2010 season, or they will be lost. We accept cash or check only. We also schedule indoor Boot Camp classes January through April.
