TrainingZone is conveniently located in Bedford, New Hampshire, just minutes from major highways.

From the East
(Route 93, Raymond, Derry):

Take Route 101 West.
After you cross the Merrimack River, take the exit called Kilton Road, to Route 3.
Once you take the exit, take a left at the 2nd light into the Stop & Shop parking lot.
TrainingZone is located in the Hampshire Place Building just past the Stop & Shop, the 2nd building from the gas station.
TrainingZone is on the 2nd floor, just above Lindner Dental. There is no sign for TrainingZone on the street, so look for the Lindner Dental Signs.

From the West
(Milford, Amherst, Bedford):

Take Route 101 East.
In Bedford, Route 101 takes a right turn at a light. Take the right to stay on Route 101.
In 1 mile, follow signs to exit onto Route 3.
When you reach Route 3, take a left onto Route 3 North, which is also called South River Road and Daniel Webster Highway.
When you see the Stop & Shop, take a left and enter into the Stop & Shop parking lot.
TrainingZone is located in the Hampshire Place Building just past the Stop & Shop, the 2nd building from the gas station.
TrainingZone is on the 2nd floor, just above Lindner Dental. There is no sign for TrainingZone on the street, so look for the Lindner Dental Signs.

From the South
(Nashua, Merrimack):

Take the Everett Turnpike (toll road) north toward Manchester.
Exit onto Route 101 West.
Take the exit called Kilton Road, to Route 3.

From the North
(Concord, Hooksett, northern Manchester):

Take I-93 South toward Manchester.
North of Manchester, take I-293 South.
Just south of Manchester, exit onto Route 101 West.
Stay to the right, and follow signs to Route 3.
When you reach Route 3, take a left onto Route 3 North, which is also called South River Road and Daniel Webster Highway.
When you see the Stop & Shop, take a left and enter into the Stop & Shop parking lot.
