Charity Races Boot Camp has gotten many TrainingZone fans motivated to participate, for 3 years in a row, in local road races to help various charities. These include the Cigna Road Race, the Operation Uplink 5K road race, and the Manchester Fall Charity Fest 5K race. Once again TrainingZone won a trophy, this time in the Operation Uplink Race, for First Place Team Open Mixed. Come join us for fun and help out good causes by checking our website for future races that we will run together as a team. 2nd Annual Hippo Press 5K Runners' Clinic This is an injury preventive/performance enhancement program, where your gait is analyzed on video and a complete physical examination is done on the first visit. At the follow up, appropriate recommendations will be given. Please print and review the Runners' Clinic Waiver Form before you begin. Boot Camps Indoor classes are scheduled at TrainingZone January through April. Outdoor Boot Camp classes are held at Derryfield Park May through September.
